Join us for an evening of worship and fun!

Walter Santos, originally from the Bronx, used to tour nationally as a percussionist with a who’s who of the music business. He was also addicted to drugs, a habit that nearly had him sentenced to life imprisonment. When his former teenage idol, the pop star Dion, told him to totally give his life to Jesus Christ, something radically changed in his life. And as he likes to say, when he “got born again his music did too.” Completely transformed, Santos has now been touring for many years, joyfully bringing that same message of hope anyone who will hear. Join us for a “born again” version of the 50s and 60s. (No charge.) http://santosministries.org
For one week, thousands of believers around the world will gather to pray.
November 28 – December 2, 2010 7:00pm (Eastern & Pacific Times)
The Week of Prayer & Fasting is simply believers coming together to pray, November 28 – December 2, 2010, beginning at 7pm Eastern and Pacific times.
Each night, connected via high-bandwidth internet video, churches across the country and around the world join together via the web, and begin to pray. Though not all the churches are visible on the webcast, all the churches are praying and worshipping in unison.
Individuals can login from their home computers to watch, and submit prayer requests during each webcast. A special internet prayer group prays live, in real-time, with individuals logged on from home.
Pastors help to guide the times of prayer, offering suggestions for prayer topics, and brief words of encouragement.
Last year, thousands of believers from over 35 states and 2 dozen countries joined together in prayer, and many more are expected to participate this year.
The Discipleship Project of Horizon Central
We have begun putting together several series of topical studies with a goal of getting any number of different people involved in their creation. Each printable study is to be no more than one page in length and is meant to be covered in one meeting. We eventually want to have a large online catalog of studies like these, both topical and through-the-Bible. Within this we also plan to stress both the doctrinal and behavioral aspects of discipleship. Ultimately these can serve as a tool for individual discipleship or to facilitate classes, small groups or one-on-one relationships for general Christian growth.
Please check out what we have so far by clicking the Discipleship Project link over to the right.

The Clarks, worship leaders and recording artists from Southern California, are doing the worship for the Calvary Chapel pastors’ conference and have agreed to bless us when it is over. Below is a link to Terry’s website “Catalyst People” where there are a number of worship resources available.
