Check out the Servant Senders blog for pics from the disaster relief work in Columbus, Indiana. We were working with Samaritan’s Purse. Photos are from Kate Monahan who was there on Friday.

This week we sent teams to Colombus, IN, to help clean up after the floods. We were working in conjunction with Samaritan’s Purse who were overseeing teams from several churches – some from out of state. Most of our work focused on removing soaked insulation and then disinfecting the underside of mobile homes – a difficult, dirty, job, especially in the heat and humidity – but fun because we were all in the same mess together. Cassie – the non-stop blessing – is there again today. Does she ever get tired?
We hope to get some pics on the Servant Senders blog real soon. For now, Rachel, who helped out on Thursday, has at least a few words and one photo of her own to offer:

Also keep in mind: The Petersens and Stilwells arrive on Monday. Get ready to welcome them back to their home church. How great to be the sending church to such high quality people and awesome missionaries.
